Dear Homeowners,

In our ongoing effort to keep Hunter Valley beautiful, the Board has arranged for Justin’s Tree Service to trim our front yard and common area trees. Justin’s intends to be working on the property over the next week or so (weather permitting).

In a scope of work walkthrough late last week, it was noted that some of the front yard area trees have lights strung in them. The Hunter Valley Hunter Valley DCCR, Section 3.3 (e)(9) states: “Holiday lighting and decorations are allowed subject to: (i) their installation occurring no earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the holiday being celebrated; and (b) their removal occurring no later than thirty (30) days after the date of the holiday being celebrated.

As we are more than 60 days past the holiday season, please consider this message as notice to immediately remove any holiday lights and/or any other personal property items from the front yard area trees (and the area surrounding the trees). The Hunter Valley Association will not be held responsible for damage done to personal property as a result of the tree trimming project, and failure to immediately remove items described above may result in the Homeowner being assessed costs associated with return trip fees, added labor costs, use restriction fines, etc.

We appreciate your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

The Hunter Valley Board of Directors

Hunter Valley Townhome Association
